Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and adult-only use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use a matchmaking or marriage service in your location. Find A Nikah is not intended for children. You must not misrepresent your age or create an account for a minor.

2. Marriage-focused purpose

Find A Nikah is designed for adults seeking marriage or a committed life partner. The service is not intended for illegal activity, harassment, sexual exploitation, commercial solicitation or deceptive schemes. Using the platform does not guarantee a match, relationship or marriage.

3. Website and app roles

The public website provides information, marriage guidance, safety resources and app information. Private registration, member profiles, matching and conversations are designed to take place in the mobile app. Public pages should not be used to publish private member data.

4. Your account

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping login credentials and verification codes secure. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. Notify us if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account.

5. Be truthful without oversharing

Profiles should be honest about information that materially affects a marriage search, such as age, relationship status and identity. At the same time, you should not post unnecessary sensitive data such as bank details, passwords, identity-document numbers or private information belonging to another person.

6. Respectful conduct

You may not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, impersonate, defraud or exploit another person. Repeated unwanted contact, discriminatory abuse, coercion, blackmail, scams, unauthorized advertising and attempts to obtain money or sensitive information through deception are prohibited.

7. Child safety and prohibited exploitation

Find A Nikah has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sextortion involving minors and CSAM. These rules apply even though the service is adults-only. See our Child Safety Standards for the full published policy.

8. User content

You are responsible for profile text, photos, messages and other content you submit. You must have the right to use that content and must not upload content that is illegal, exploitative, deceptive, threatening, invasive of privacy, infringing or otherwise harmful.

9. Safety and offline meetings

We cannot guarantee another user's identity, background, intentions or behavior. Use judgment, verify important information, protect sensitive data and meet in a safer public setting when you decide to meet offline. Review our Safety guidance before moving a new connection off-platform or meeting in person.

10. No financial solicitation or romance scams

Do not use Find A Nikah to request money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, investments or financial transfers from people you meet through the service. Users should treat urgent financial requests from a new online relationship as a serious warning sign.

11. Reports, moderation and enforcement

We may review reports and relevant account information to investigate suspected violations. Depending on the circumstances, we may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts; remove content; limit features; preserve information where legally appropriate; or cooperate with competent authorities when required by law.

12. App stores, subscriptions and payments

If paid features or subscriptions are offered, purchases may be processed by Apple, Google or another authorized payment provider. Prices, renewal terms and cancellation options should be shown at or before purchase. Deleting your Find A Nikah account may not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription, so you should also cancel it through the relevant app store when necessary.

13. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to limited retention where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance. The available in-app and web request paths are explained on the Delete Account page.

14. Intellectual property

The Find A Nikah name, branding, software, interface, original site content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to copy, sell or exploit protected materials outside normal use of the service.

15. Service availability and changes

We may add, remove, change, suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves. Availability can also be affected by maintenance, outages, regional restrictions, app-store rules or technical issues. We do not promise that every feature will always be available in every country or on every device.

16. Third-party services

The app or website may link to or depend on third-party services such as app stores, infrastructure providers or payment processors. Those services may have their own terms and policies. Find A Nikah is not responsible for content or practices controlled solely by third parties.

17. No professional advice

Find A Nikah provides discovery tools and general educational content. It does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, mental-health or religious advice. Seek a qualified professional when a decision requires specialist guidance.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements or safety practices change. The effective date will be updated when revised terms are published. Continued use after an applicable update may be subject to the revised terms.
