Child Safety Standards

Our standard is clear: zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Find A Nikah prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, sextortion involving minors, solicitation of sexual content from minors, or any attempt to use the service to contact or exploit a child.

Adults only

The service is intended only for adults who are legally eligible to use a marriage or matchmaking service in their location. Accounts believed to belong to a person under 18 may be restricted or removed. We also expect users to report profiles or conversations that suggest a person may be underage.

What users must not do

• Create an account for, impersonate, recruit, groom or contact a minor for romantic or sexual purposes.
• Upload, request, share, store, link to or distribute CSAM or sexualized content involving a minor.
• Threaten, coerce, blackmail or pressure a minor to provide images, videos, personal information or sexual content.
• Use the service to facilitate trafficking, exploitation, sextortion or any other form of child endangerment.
• Misrepresent age in order to bypass age restrictions or safety controls.

Reporting concerns

If you encounter content, a profile or behavior that may involve child exploitation or abuse, use the in-app report or feedback tools where available. You can also contact Find A Nikah through our official contact channel. Please provide enough information for the report to be reviewed, but do not redistribute illegal content as part of your report.

How we respond

Reports involving possible child endangerment are treated as high priority. Depending on the circumstances, actions may include content removal, account restriction or termination, preservation of relevant information where legally appropriate, and reporting to competent authorities or designated child-safety reporting bodies when required by applicable law.

CSAM

CSAM is not permitted on Find A Nikah. We do not knowingly allow users to create, upload, distribute or promote such material. When we become aware of suspected CSAM, we take steps consistent with applicable law, platform policy and our safety procedures.

In-app feedback and reporting

Find A Nikah is designed to provide users with ways to report concerning profiles, messages or behavior from within the app experience. Safety reports should include the relevant account or conversation and a short explanation of the concern. False or malicious reports may themselves violate our Terms of Use.

Child-safety point of contact

Child-safety matters can be directed to Find A Nikah through the official contact page. Requests from law enforcement or authorized child-protection bodies should identify the requesting organization and the legal basis for the request.

Compliance and continuous improvement

We review our safety standards as the product develops and as applicable laws and app-store requirements change. Find A Nikah is committed to complying with child-safety laws and to maintaining safeguards appropriate for an adult matchmaking service.
